Hi

I have applied for concurrently I140/485/EAD/AP ( Substitute Labor ) and applied on above mentioned date @ VSC. I have change my address AR-11 and attorney called in USCIS on 10/16/03 for change of address. USCIS online status as well as the letter mailed by USCIS shows last update date is Nov 13 03. I have seen that VSC already crossed my RD/ND, still my I140 is not approved. I have seen people got approval SEP and may be OCT 03 also. I would like to know anybody got approval around one week before, after or same day. If so, please reply so I can track and some idea where my file. My attorney metioned to me that after 30days passed from RD/ND they open up status inquiry. My case # is EAC032315****.

I got approval of EAD 12/6/03 and AP 2/5/04 after got RFE.

Regarding RENEWAL ( EAD/AP) Attorney charges fee( other then USCIS fees ). As I paid attorney fee though they charges for each renewal. If you have paid then let me know how much they charges.

Any response highly appreciated.

Hi,
My case is also similar. Sent AR11 in Sept 2003. Last update is showing 10/21/2003.
I got EAD and AP in Aug 2003.
No news on 140/ No news on FP.
I am sure USCIS has used my 140 papers to clean the lunch table.

I had applied concurrently in April just for 140 and 485. My Notice date is 10th April EB2.
I haven't heard anything yet. You guys need not to worry as I Know some people from April who are still waiting and no RFEs too .

Hi,
Mine is subsitute labor too,i guess subsitute labors take a little longer time according to my attorney.
I-140ND: Aug 4'03
According to him:
"If an employer has an approved Labor Certification and wishes to substitute employees on that approved LC, it must request the USCIS to make a request to the US Dept of Labor for issuance of a new approved LC with the substituted employees name thereon"
