Non-Conc, LC Sub & I-140 from CSC on Dec 26 2003. Any chance of this getting approv in next 5/6 months? Comparing I-140 Approval in all processing center, CSC seems to approve less # of I-140.Vermont is highest, any reasons for this.

the BCIS website says that they issued a RFE on my caSE ON April 7th. will update asap when i get the RFE.
