I filed I140 under EB2/NIW to TSC last July, RD is 7/26/02, and is still pending. It's been more than 8 months now and I was planning to move to another state under another service center once my I140 is approved and apply I485 there. However, I will still work in the same area and under the same title.
Although employer sponsorship is not required for NIW cases, I am still worried if this would affect my I485 applications. I hope you guys can give some input about the risks I will take for the I485 application if I change employer.
