I140 ND Mar 01, 2004 approved

Hi All

Its now my turn to post this message, I have been waiting since almost 2 months to post this message.

My I140 is finally approved today. I got two emails and the case status is also updated in the USCIS online system with 09/20/2004 as LUD.

Mine is LC substitution with 4 years degree. No LUD changes before and no RFE. I work for an organization with about 4000 employees.

This case has been approved. On September 19, 2004, an approval notice

is there a different processing time for LC substitution? I haven't seen any I140 RDs in Jan -Mar 2004 to be approved so far. Am I correct?

There is no separate queue for LC substitution. I have written that info in my posting just make it clear that I have not received any RFE even thought it was a LC substitution case. Many in this forum believe that LC substitution cases get an RFE.
