JUst got a reply from CIS (CSC) for the 4th inquiriy of my I140NIW that was applied last June (2004). So frustrated...
In the last three inquiries, they mentioned that they would process my I140/I485 at the same time, and they were waiting for the results of my name check.
Now since the backlog of EB2/NIW, my lawyer did the inquiry again and request the seperate process of I140. HOWEVER, the CIS office still said I140/I485 would not be processed until my name check is cleared.
HOW RIDICULOUS!!! I have to wait until my priority date become current to have my I140 processed!!!!????
