I140 - Letters of experience

Hello.
I recently submitted my I140/485/EAD/AP application (NSC ND: 12/03/02).
For my I140 supporting documentation, I have submitted an experience letter from my previous boss saying that I worked in under him in the previous company for 2 years.
The company does not exist anymore, and hence the letter of experience issued by my previous boss is in his current company letterhead. It is notarized though.

Is there is a potential chance of getting an RFE because the letter of experience is not on the original company letter head? If so, could anybody advise on what documentation should I keep ready? Advise would really help.

Thanks.

It depends on what your former boss said in the letter. If it does not explain why it is on a different company's letterhead I could understand why an INS officer may want more information and issue an RFE. That doesn't mean that they will issue an RFE, just that they might.

Jim,
Thanks for your advice.
Btw, I was trying to check your website and was unable to view it: "http://www.jdmillsesq.com/". You might already be aware.

Thanks.

Yes, the website is not up yet. If I ever get my programmer working it whould be done pretty quick. He's a friend that works for Rational (IBM now) so he's a bit on the busy side at the moment. Can't beat the price though.
