Can any one give the some idea on how much time it is taking for
I-140 these days at VSC?
My Details:
RD: 11/05/2001
ND: 11/15/2001
EAC: 02-038-5XXXX

I 140 Approval time

I also posted simliar questions. My RD is 26th october. So far I did not get approval. I believe till 18th Oct is cleared

I 140 Approval time

My I-140 is delayed becuase INS wants some additional material. Otherwise I believe I-140 is now taking 42 days to clear. Sometimes even 35 days also.

Did you get RFE? What kind of? My RD is 10/18, ND 10/31, I didn\'t get any RFE so far but no approval also.

ND Nov, 24. EAC 02 045 *****, Waiting for Approval time.
I checked AVM, she told me this case take 150-240 days, but I believe your msg which is 35 - 42 days to get approve.

How do you know 35 to 42 days time, I saw some cases approved with in one week, mine avm updated on NOV20th waiting for decession.
Any good luck to you, what is your dates and whats for RFE.

mine MD 12/11, RD 15/11, ND 24/11. EAC02045***. So far there are no RFE . Waiting for AD.

Waiting for approval. Wish everyone of us get I-140 approval as soon as possible.

Hope we get the approval soon one after the other. I guess we should get the approval before the holidays begin. Other wise we have to wait untill January 2002.

When will the holidays begin?

Can you tell when the INS holidays begin and end. If it is closed the whole week then we have to wait until next year to see any approvals.

BTW When I listened to the automated reply at 1-802-527-4913, it says that it takes between 150 days to 240 days!!! for approval??? did you guys hear the automated reply??? what does it say?

Thats the standerd message every one gets.

That means your case is under process.

Even if it is approved some times it takes a while for them to update the AVM.

RFE

I got an RFE on 14th December. They asked me to give Progressive experience over the last five years to justify EB2. I am in the process of gathering it. I hope to submit this by the middle of January.
