I just checked my online status (both I140 & 485) and the following messages was posted:
I140 - "On Oct 6, we received your response for our RFE or information. It is taking between 30 & 60 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a writtend decision on this case".
I485 - " Your I485 Application to Register PR or to Adjust your Status was receive don May 9, 2003. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 30 & 90 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail yo a decision as soon as processing is complete"
My question is will I be getting my GC approved soon? I have not received any request for FP. Is FP necessary on all GC applicants?
