I have 2 questions:
-- When concurrently filing I140 and I485, do we have to provide the medical test results as well?
-- For employer's ability to pay, do we have to give W2 if alien is employed by employer in a different job? Are W2s needed for future employment?

1. Yes. If you do not submit medical records ( not tests...what tests are you talking about?) , you will get an RFE. So to speed up processing it is best to submit it along the application. If you have already sent the application, send the medical records anyways now.

2. if the employer is already paying you wages, your W2 are a great proof.
