I work for company COMPA. They have filed for my labor and I am 6 months away from getting my labor certification (from CALIFORNIA).
Company COMPB is willing to give me a approved labor for a cost. I dont know if this is from CALIFORNIA or from somewhere else.
Questions:
I am hoping to file 140/485 from COMPB and when COMPA receives my labor after 6 months, I plan to file 140/485 from COMPA also. Is that possible (please answer considering the scenarios that both the labors were approved from the same service center or different ones)?
Can I file I140 twice (from 2 different companies)?
Can I file I485 twice (from 2 different companies)?
If not, then how can I take advantage of this situation to speeden up my GC?
What are the issues or important points I need to consider before I can go ahead with something like this?
Any suggestions/tips are greatly appreciated.
BTW, my H1 is held by COMPA and I work for COMPA.
