I140/I485 basic questions

I have basic queestins.
Can someone please either answer or point me to the forum where I can get more info on:

I am in process to file concurrent I140/I485. I am also contemplating premium processing. The questions are:
Should the i140 be approved in say (?) days, would the i485 processed on speedy track as well? What is the usual time difference (i140 approved and i485 approved) between the two applications? Would it be worth to file for premium i140 and wait months for the i485? How long does the entire process (regular and premium) take? Is the i485 processed only after the i140 is completely approved?

Thank you for pointing me to the website. However that is not what I am asking. I can see that there are processing both i140 and i485 applied from roughly a year ago. If I opt for premium processing, will both be on the speedy track? Or, the premium i140 will be approved in say a month and then I have to wait a year for the i485? How does the concurrent filing work? Any answer is appreciated.

Hi, I am in a situation where I can file both 140 and 485 concurrent on June 1st. But my question is that I am going to change to my apartment within the same apartment complex (moving to a bigger place). Can I have 140 with same address as I am filing premium and 485 with the new address. Because, I can't move to the new place until July 15th. But I can't use my existing address after July 15th should I get some letter from 485 processing.
So, can I file concurrent (with 2 different address)? will that be a problem? Or can I file 140 premium by 29th of May and file 485 by 1st of June seperately?
Please advice?
