I140 Experience letter issue

I am going to file my I140, I have seen many people here talk about the Experience letter, but my lawyer did not even ask me to prepare the Experience letter, I don't understand why. Should I ask her about this? Is the Experience letter required? If anyone here know the answer, please help me, thanks a lot.

If LC require education + X number of years of experience, then you definitely need to show that experience in the form of experience letters.
Ask her what is the requirement on LC and how she is planning to address that.

maybe because mine is EB3, that's why it does not require it, not sure about it.
