AD : 08/11/2004
I485 filed : 02/11/2004 RD: 2/13/2004
No RFE for I140.


LUD changed yesterday that is 8/11/2004.
Please update the statistics.

Could you pl post when did you apply for Labor approval. 2001 or 2002?
My labor is July 03 and I-140 is Nov 2003, still waiting for approval of I-140. I guess USCIS picksup application based on the priority date, i.e., your labor application ack date.
