Hello All,

I am using the forum for the first time, so excuse my ignorance and bear with me if the questions seem to be repeated.

I have filed my I140, EAD and I485 concurrently in TSC and I reside in Houston TX.

RD: 12/04/2002
Category: EB2
Filing: Non RIR

Can anyone answer any of the questions listed below:

Has anyone received any approvals beyond the mentioned date? Please note that for the gurus on this forum, I have a friend who had a RD of 11/04/2002 (same type of application, except EB3) had his I140 and EAD approved (received the EAD cards as well).

The processing time is about 6 months (120-150 days). How valid is it actually?

Any information would be greatly appreciated. And as like all of you, the excruciating wait continues :(

Don't panic

Hi Hustonwait
1. It's normal. I had similar experience. In my office, my friends's applications were approved one month ago than mine. I inquired through our attorney and i was told that mine was assigned to IIO who was overlooking other cases (bla...bla...) The bottom line is some IIOs work faster (efficiently) than the others.

2. By comparing other's timeline you know the trend but each cases are unique.

So, have patience and your applications will sail.

Thanks Indy2005

Thanks matey! Appreciate your reassurance :-)

Any response on the reality of dates for processing.

For instance, 120-150 days for EAD, how real is that? Does it actually come through in the estimated timeframe?

Hi Guys,

I just recieved a call from my attorney, saying that he recieved a FP for us.

ND : Mar 10, 03

They had actually sent the notice for FP in April, unfortunately I had changed my address, and so it took so long - MY MISTAKE :p

Does any one of you know what the current process after FP (I guess they keep changing every now and then)

Anybody in the same boat???

Good Luck

Tejas
