I140/EAD Approved - Texas

Hi all

My I140 and EAD got approved on may 5th.

I140/EAD receipt date - 10/25/2002.
And I did concurrent filing in Texas center.

I went to check my case status online for my EAD and I found all our cases I140/EAD/Spouse EAD got approved on the same day.

good to see that something is happening in Texas.

can you share which category you applied by? NIW or EB11 or EB12?
I found progressing time was not changed in the past few months in TSC.

Mine was filed in EB2 category.

When I checked my status last week it said 200 to 300 days. But when I checked yesterday 6th the message said approved...

I think these things are common with INS...

If U find any delay call INS directly and talk to any Imm Officer.
