Please see signature for more info. Basically, my 140 was denied due to pay issue. Consequently 485 was denied. I appealed and online message for both cases were sent to AAO. Yesterday, 140 LUD change with same message saying case was transferred to AAO. But 485 message changed, saying case was transfered to VSC local office and that i will hear from them soon. wat does all this mean. If my 140 hasnt even been approved, how can they begin processing my 485? Does this mean my appealed was granted? SHouldnt they aprrove my 140 first before processsing 485? Or am i expecting another denial? Please share your thoughts. thanks
