I140 denied under EB1C cat.Need advice !! Urgent!!

My I140 application under EB1C category (L1A. international manager/executive) got denied with option to appeal.
Reason stated by the lawyer for the denial is % of time spent on mgmt. duties.

Since we filed the I140 application, in my current role i am spending more % of time on mgmt. duties and size of the team i am working with is bigger.

Now lawyer is suggesting that we can refile with new job duties rather than appealing. Has any one have any experience/comments regd which option is best?

(1) Should we appeal the case or refile it?
(2) What are the chances of getting a positive approval?
(3) Wrt time wise how long will it take to get response for
L1A I-140 appeal?

If we need to go with appeal option we have to file it by end of this week. Please comment/advice.

L1A denied

i was denied also and seems for the same reason
Have 2 weeks to decide to appeal or go for a new app again or give up.
would like to conect with you so we can share this grusome experience and hopefully learn from each other. 2 heads are better than 1.

I140 Rejection and EAD Validity

Hi,

My friend's I 140 may get rejected as the company through which he filed was not doing well in the yr 2007. They(Husband and wife) have their EAD Valid till October 2008.

1. How many times can they appeal?
2. In case of rejection can they still work till Oct 2008?
3. What is the situation when they would know their EAD is no longer valid?
