My cousines' I 140 are denied. Here is their details..

EB2/VSC/2-28-03...RFE 11/03..Replied RFE 12/03...Denial 5/19/04(Ed. and Company's ability to pay)....Appealed on 7/14.....

Current Status.....

Application Type: I140, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER

Current Status:

On August 3, 2004, this case was transferred to our Administrative Appeals Office for review. That office will notify you of any further action taken on this case

Did you get a Intent to Deny notice form USCIS before they denied it??

What was the Procedure flow for your case ie before the USCIS Denied it ??

was it RFE--->your Reply to RFE ----> Intent To Deny Notice by USCIS OR

RFE---> your reply to RFE ---> I-140 Denial by USCIS.
