Hi, I have an approved I140 from company A in EB3 with a 2004 PD that I want to request to be ported to my pending EB3 I140 from company B. I heard that I can request such a porting by adding a letter to my pending I140 case. Does anyone have a format for this letter, who should it be addressed to. I never worked for the company with the previous I140 which was a sub LC. Job category was slightly different . systems analyst there vs software programmer in the new case. Is there any risk that they will reopen/rescind the approval for the previous case.... Also, I filed I485 in july 07 and I140 was approved y then. If the previous employer revokes the I140,is there any risk that I will lose the PD or is it mine to keep since I140 was approved and I485 has been pending more than 180 days. thanks very much for the help
