I140 Case updated

I checked the USCIS website and I see that on 05/10/04 there was an update on my case. But when I click on the receipt no., it still has the old message saying that the case was received on ............It is taking between 90 and 485................

Any thoughts?

you will see approval msg by tomorrow. if not at the max by Thursaday.

One of my friend got approval in the same fashion last week.


Is it Eb2 or Eb3 case?
 
It happened same with me Last Updated date has changed 05/04/2004 but no emails nothing , still the message is same . good luck for u
 
JUl 10 2003 cases

Hi Mirium99,

My I140 ND is also Jul10 2003 (EB2), no news yet! 300+ days so far...........

My "last updated" date hasn't changed yet.

Can I open a case query with USCIS?

I 140 update

Will be there,..........My case was filed under Eb3 and hope the result will be like that of your friend's.

prgc,................Yesterday, I have asked my attorney's office to check with USCIS and they said they will do so. Haven't heard anything so far.

My 140 last update date is 05/04/04, no change in message, no e-mail.

ND: 09/09/03 (concurrent, no FP)
 
my last update date is 04/13/04. Nothing yet. Status is the same.

EB3 non concurrent ND 29 June 03.

Had I tried for the lottery rather than a GC, I would have been rich by now.
Lottery's more predictable.
 
My I-140 case was updated on 04/23/2004 , till now no news --- no email.
I don't know whats happening .Still the Message is same.
Please let me know , when I can expect my Approval.
EAD & AP are approved.

My I-140 and I-485 cases were both updated on 5/10/04 and my ND is January 20, 2004.

So, I have no idea what they are doing with my case. My spouse's case too was updated 5/11/04
