I140 Case transferred

Hello everyone,
I applied for I140 in August 2007, on April 18 2008 my case was transfered to NY! (I have pending I485 and it is moved there too on same date). What does it mean? I haven not receieved any approval or denial for I140. There is nothing for I140 in NY, they just doing I485. Will I have to wait for I140 from Aug 2007 date, or from transferred date??? for I485 I applied back in NOV 7, 2007.
which date I should trace?

my I-140 and 485 moved to vermont after 13 months of my filling date(Jan,14th 2004).no updates, after then now my I-140 moved to TSC on DEC 24th 2008.
