I140 , been 260 day since filed, But no response yet

Dear friends,

I have filed for I140 260 days before and I haven't got any information on my case and when i went to the site to check the status it says that it is still under processing and it will take 200 days for processing.

But since it has been more than 200 days since it has been filed. I need to know how to contact them, I tried them thro' this number (214) 381-1423, But it's always busy and i am not able to talk to them. My case is filed in the texas service center.

I would really appreciate if anyone could tell me if there is any other number that i could dail to talk to them.

I have more than 200 days since it has been filed also.I talked to IO. She said my case has not been assigned to an officer yet. My case is filed in the TSC.
My I-140 RD is 04/17/02
