I140 Approved EB3 ND 03/06/2003

I have followed the postings on this site regularly, It has given me hope and also what to expect. It has helped me a lot. I thank everyone who have shared information and hope others do once they get results.

Here is my information.

I140 MD - 01/31/2003
I140 ND - 03/06/2003
I140 AD - 12/17/2003

I applied for my EAD and Advance Parole extensions on November 15. They currently expire on 01 April 2004. I remember reading a post, where someone's I140 got approved shortly after they applied for extensions. Maybe there is something there, since the cases around mine haven't budged.

usnycus, sure there is light, but it depends where the BCIS approval officer throws light with his torch... My RD for 140 is 02/11/03... but I am still in dark...:mad:

congrats!

I guess it is time apply for EAD and AP renewal so that some light is thrown on my I140. I plan for first week of January .....hope to get I140 cleared in February or whenever it happens to be.

I think it is the RD that is determinant and not the ND. In some cases the difference between the RD and ND is > 2 months. Based on the recent I140 approvals, 95% of cases have a RD of Jan 2003. Some RD Feb 2003 got approved. So I guess all ND Mar 2003 are getting overly optimistic, not that there is anything wrong with hoping.

FYI. One of the employee from our firm with RD 03/2003 and ND 04/2003 already got approved back in Nov.
