Have had a long wait for this but does feel good to get out of the frustrating wait. The online status states that my application was approved on November 13th, 2003. Good luck to all of you still waiting!

Did your I750AB mention 3 year bachelor degree (or experience etc.) OR was that a simple BS requirement?

I'm running into issues on Education Evaluation for 3 year degree & Experience. Could you please explain the process you have adopted. You can send me a personal mail if you like. It would be a great help!

The original LC was approved for Bachelors or equivalent with the note that the Employer (my company) would accept experience in lieu of education.

I have a B.Sc. and a 2 year diploma from Datapro InfoWorld.

We had sent in an education evaluation along with the I140 application but the RFE wanted an evaluation done by two other evaluators other than the one submitted so we got two other evaluators to evalute and replied to the RFE.

Just interested because my friend taught in datapro InfoWorld in Bombay and Baroda you may know her or may be her student, she taught for 10 years in Baroda and Bombay Bandra (W). I know 3-4 persons who worked with Datapro and are in US

I did my Masters Diploma in Computer Science from Datapro in Bangalore and I did work for Datapro Bangalore for 2 years. I did know quite a few people from Mumbai Datapro but have since lost touch.

Welcome to the wait for 485 approval, and while you are waiting don't forget to sign up for one of the projects/campaigns we are running for speeding up the approval process! All you need to do is send out a couple of faxes, to your congressman to join our voices in calling for faster processing of 485's. This campaign is already producing results, that are tangible and recorded in some of the other threads on this forum. Please help in helping yourself out of this misery. Support the FAX CAMPAIGN. (The link is available at the bottom of this post in my signature). What do you have to lose?
 
My I-140 has been approved today.

You said I-140 ND 07/29/03 AD 12/04/03 - does this mean your case was filed on July 29th?

Just checking, as mine is 7/10/2003 - and still in process.

Yes, my I-140 ND is July 29th, 2003 and has been approved on December 4th, 2003.

Hopefully, you should be getting your I-140 approval soon.
