I140 Approved!!

My 140 got approved today!! The online message said "This case has been approved. On November 19, 2003, an approval notice was mailed."

This is great news it took almost 14 months but I am happy today..

Thanks for posting yet another EB2 approval.

I think your's is a stright approval, else if you had a RFE please post details.

VSC is touching I-140s here and there. There was some movement this week on some of the Jan 25th ND cases too.

Congrats. This is the first Oct'02 EB2 approval I have seen.

I am exactly the same EB2/RIR/Concurrent// Oct-01-02/ No RFE- but I am still waiting- but I know there is hope.

Welcome to the wait for 485 approval, and while you are waiting don't forget to sign up for one of the projects/campaigns we are running for speeding up the approval process!
 
I am also in the Oct queue. Looks like Oct is sandwitched between approvals of earlier and later months.
