:) Finally my I140 (E13 category) has been approved. It has been a long 13 month wait - sometimes stressful - but I guess all is well that ends well.

Hope, yes you gave all of us hope can you please put your details out also. Like if you have filed concurrently, your all EAD & Parole Approval dates and stuff. Top most, if your E13 means traditional EB3.

E13 means EB-1 (Mutinational Executive). I also have a PhD with several publications but did not apply through EB-1 (OR) category since I was workin with a multinational.

EAD AD 12/16/2002
FP was done I think in mid-Nov 2002.
