I think it does not matter that ur LC was RIR or NonRIR.
Anyway my LC was filed NonRIR.

Congratulation for the Approval, I am following you.
How do you know the ND, is it different from RD. Are you going to apply the work permit for your sponsor, can you go to any State where you can get it just by the day you apply.

I got the ND from AVM, coz my company just gives EAC # and RD.
The date which INS gives on AVM is ND (I guess ;-)).

I\'ll apply 485, AP & EAD once my spouse comes back from India.

I140 approved/ CP vs AOS?

My 140 approved.
RD: oct 3, 2001
ND: nov 2, 2001
AD: jan 9, 2002

Guys, i did not opt for CP on 140. So for cp i\'ll hv to file 824.
but hvn\'t decided which one should i go for. I too dont hv birth cert.
cn some 1 pls advice:
which one is better CP or 485? i hear I485s are aslo faster nw.
CP vs I485 expenses, risk, etc.
how much time for I824 + CP?
doucments needed for CP? what in case missing docs.
any websites for cp/i485 related info?

How long after avm

Sardaji, did you receive formal approval notice from lawyer. My lawyer doesn\'t give any EAC no etc. I only know the ND ie 11/26. I am hoping that I might have got the approval but approval notice is not yet reached the lawyer. do you have any idea about the time it takes to get the approval notice after AVM says the I-140 approved. I am not from AP. Thanks for your time.
