I received the approval email for my I140 today. There was no LUD since Dec. 15, 2005 and all of a sudden I got an approval email. My PD has also become current in June visa bulletin. I am going to apply for I485 next week. What are the chances of I485 getting denied after I140 approval? How long will it take for I485 approval now (the processing dates for VSC for I485 is May 15, 2005 right now)?
