Hi All,
My I140 has been approved today. I am so exited. I have been a silent follower of this thread. The following are my details.

I140, 765, AP , 485 Concurrent ND on 09/02/2003 EB2 from NSC
EAD and AP not approved so far.
RFE sent on 140 on 02/24/2004
RFE answered on 140 on 03/26/2004
140 Approved on 04/19/2004.
Got FP on 04/19/2004.

1. Company's financial returns.
2. My W2 for 2002 and 2003
I only got $34300 for 60k LCA.
 
Congratulations!!! Could you tell me how many employees there are in your company? ( Is it under 100 employees?--my attorney told me that they usually issue finanical RFE for people who work for companies under 100 employees. I just want to check if it's the case) THANKS A LOT!!!
 
congrats.. Your RFE gives lots of hope to lots of applicants who may be getting RFE about salary.. This shows, that even if the salary is almost less than 40% of the original in LCA, I-140 can be approved..

everyone should now feel relaxed, as the salary in LCA is actually supposed to be paid only when one almost about to get GC or after one gets the GC..

May b3 35 to 45 Employees in my company.

May be 35 to 45 Employees in my company but my 2002 W2 shows 69k and 2003 w2 34300. Rfe for 2 year W2s.

is your company a consulting company and are all the employees getting paid. Can you also give us some details about how much profit your company made. A lot of us are in a similar situation and it will be great to get any details from you.
 
I am not really sure of the profit that company makes. Sorry about that.
If I am not wrong I remember I saw a figure around 50k of profit company made for last year. Plz don't laugh at me if I am wrong.
Mine is a consulting company and every body who ever working on a project gets paid. No Bench pay at all.
