I am thrilled to see my I140 getting approved on Apr 7, 2004.

PD: 05/19/03
ND: 05/29/03
AD: 04/07/04

Would you please mention the first 5 digits of your EAC number? and did you get an RFE?

I just noticed that few more I140s in the same series are still waiting for their approval. It appears to me that there is no particular pattern in the approvals.

No RFE was requested in my case. In fact just to check what is happening, I called the national customer support a day prior to the approval date. Fortunately VSC cleared my case the very next day. That was a mere coincidence in my case.

Just hang in there, you will make it.

I believe your EAC# is right in the corner, according to the approval pattern, I guess you should get your I140 in 4-6 weeks from today. Good luck.
