Is it me or the rate of VSC I-140 approvals has really gotten much better (or should I say less pathetic) since the H-1B cap was hit ?

We complained too much when things did not move . When things move - let us honestly appreicate them . Good Job at USCIS . Even Eb2 mar 18,2003 cases are getting approved . What else do we want .

Hopefully the approval trend will continue. I now remember that when I called USCIS (re: an earlier I-140 petition I'd filed) a year or so ago, they mentioned that VSC processes I-140 applications in batches. That theory may have some truth to it, given we saw a bunch of approvals in nov/dec, and another bunch of approvals now in March.
