I140 Approved RD 02/02/2005

I would like to share good news with every one on the forum. I just recieved a magic email saying that my I140 got approved. No LUD on I485.

Congrats. This is a clear indication that they are processing based on priority dates. Don't be surprised if you receive your 485 also .

Arvind, my observation has been of more approvals in EB2 category. NSC strongly needs faster HT technology. For now, they take their sweet time on one thread before moving to the other.

Arvind, I think NSC doesn't approve based on anything. Mine is EB2 with PD Aug 2001. I haven't got my 140 approved yet (More than 6 months). Also, check out the posting. PD is in 2004 http://boards.immigration.com/showthread.php?t=174878
