I140 approved @NSC; next steps

Hello all

My I140 got approved on March 25 @ NSC. I have opted for CP @ Chennai. Now I know I have to get a few things done:

a. Get PCC from Indian Consulate Chicago
b. Fill forms from Pkt 3 and send them to St. Louis; do we have to give the dependent applicant\'s details in these forms? What exactly goes with the Pkt 3 to St. Louis (for the Chennai consulate IV interview)?
c. Can I add a spouse to my application after I send the form to St. Louis and before I go to the interview in Chennai?

Any people who have had experiences with the PCC @ Chicago/Hyderabad please post.
