I guess you can apply whenver you want as far as your PD is current

If it is EB2 it will probably stay current. Everybody\'s prediction is that even for EB3 it will stay current for another year (barring external factors). Hope I did not jinx it by my statement here!

Only advantage of delaying 485 that i can think of, is a marriage scenario !!
