I had a question. I think I am confused because of some other threads. How does your 485 application queue up for concurrent filing. Is is placed in the queue once 140 is approved or based on the ND for 485?

I am really happy for you!!! Still the online and phone messages indicate that my case is pending! Did you check the online message of yours! Even if my attorney gets the approval notice, they won't let me know immediately, unless i find it on my own. Let us wait and see!

Mine is also June 2002 case ( ND: June 14th, 2002) Approved on Dec 9th 2003, by Gods Grace. Goiod Luck with your I-485.

Hang in there my friends , I also saw approvals of June 14 and May 10 th posted recently .So your application should be approved anytime soon.
