I140 approved in 10 days at VSC, it is really going fast now

My I140 (NIW) was approved at VSC in 10 days:
RD 04/19/2005
AD 04/28/2005

I also heard from two of my friends who had their NIW-I140 approved recently at VSC in two weeks. It seems VSC is really going to be fast.

If I understand correctly - these citations are only for journals, or also include thesis, dissertations, conference papers, etc. Does USCIS count citations which are there in conference proceedings, magazine articles, dissertation, etc. etc.

Many of my journal papers just published out and have very few citations. So I counted citations to all my journal and conference papers.

I think there is no strict boundary in counting citations and have no idea how USCIS officers treat it.
