Hi all,

I just received an email from USCIS saying that my I-140 was approved today (12/16). I had LUD’s on 11/15, 11/22, 11/23.

Filled concurrently I-140 and I-485 (VSC)

I140 AD: 12/16/04 (LUD’s: 11/15, 11/22, 11/23).

Congrats Inwood...Do you guess any sources of trigger (meaning Change of address, Case Status Inquiry, EAD Renewal or AP ???)
 
s24: I am not sure if anything specific triggered my case. I changed my address on Aug/04, but no LUD was posted at that time. No EAD/AP renewal (first and unique EAD/AP approved on Jul/04).

a_a: My Labor Priority Date is May/2002, but I am not from China/India/Philippines/Mexico.
