Really thrilled to share my I140 approval with all users of this forum.

Especially with rejections and queries on my earlier I140 with my previous employer, the words I140 had left a bad taste in mouth and mind and this approval comes as a big relief .

I hope all the others to get an approval without any queries and at the earliest.

Good to see your approval. Appreciate for your perseverance despite previous rejection.

I was wondering could you not take benefit of the 2001 PD, else presuming to be from India, you may have to wait for your 485.

I was scared to go to USCIS for anything and decided to wait for my turn to come with regards to 485. Just the fear of a rejection. I am not sure if my attorney would help me with a request at this time. I have the copies of my labor approval and I140 approval from my previous employer and not sure if this is something which I can request the USCIS myself.(Attorney is from the company and they may not like to do this extra work)

Where are you with the RFE. Are you still preparing your response or have you replied already. I wish you secure your approval soon.
