I140 approved : Changing from CP to 485 processing at NSC

Hi,

My I140 got approved last week.

I have put default as Consular Processing in my I140 application.

But, now, I have changed my mind and would like to go for 485 processing
Can anyone tell me the procedure for switching from CP to 485 at NSC ?
And how long does it take to switch over ? How soon can I file for 485 ?

there is no procedure just file i485, we did the same, if it is the otherway i485 to cp then u may have to file i 824. we got the receipts too. anyway ask your attorney

So, we dont need to wait for filing 485 ?

The reason i am asking is because if the case file has been sent to NVC, should the
attorney wait for the file to be sent back from NVC to NSC ? For this, should
we fill out any special forms, etc ?

Since you did the same procedure, this is giving me more confidence.
