I140 Approved and I-485 filling

My I-140 (case: EB-1 OR) has been approved by Texas Service Center (TSC)after waiting for 20 months. My questions are:
1. Where should I file my I-485 ? Do I need to send to TSC or to local INS service ? If I send to TSC, Do I need to wait for another 2 years?
2. Where should my wife send her I-485 ?
