my I140 has been approved after RFE( ability to pay, small company 6 employees 600kturn over,
140 ND APRIL 15 2004,
ead/ap approved 7/12
rfe raised 9/10/2004
rfe replied 9/28/2004(lud)
lud on 9/28/ 9/29, 9/30/, 10/1

140 approved 9/26

Here is the list of documents submitted:

1.My recents paystubes(last 5 months)
2.Company tax returns (profit 110 K)
3.Credit line from bank 250K
3.Purchse order of mine at the client location.
4.Current number of employees + theirs PO + salaries

1. my last 2 months paystubs before filing 140
2. company previous year tax returns.

Don't you need to show company income/W2 since LC priority date for 'Ability to pay'?
