I129 Approval Stamping

Hi,

Sorry If this has pop up earlier. I have applied for I129 and its yet to be approved. However I have 2 lucrative offers, these offer are not from the company I currently work for.
My Question is, Can I transfer my h1B before it is approved or can I transfer it after approved but before stamping or am I stuck until it is stamped.
I also have heard that stamping takes about 2-3 mths. Is there any way I can expedite it ?

I140 stamping? You need to learn about the process of green card. There is no i140 stamping done.

Oops, I'm sorry its I129 and not I140.
