I140 approval notice

My I140 was approved on Jan 15 2004 as per online.
I have or my attorney has not yet received the approval papers

Does any one know how long does it take to get the approval papers?

Mine was approved on 01/14/04, Still no approval notice according to lawyer. We cannot call them as we have to wait 14days before enquiring. Hopefully the lawyer will receive it by them. Remember there was one holiday. Update this thread once you receive your approval notice...

I am in Same house as you both.....
Mine approved on DEC 4 haven't recieved yet..We called INS and they said they are going to mail second copy so far no trace of it...

Received it within 6 days

Hi guys

My I-140 got approved on Jan 20 2004 and I got a scanned
copy from my lawyer on Jan 27 2004. I hope that must have
reached my lawyer by Jan 26 2004. To support this case my
EAD got approved on Jan 23 2004 and I got it on Jan 26 2004.
Just within 4 days.

Approval notice received

Came to know from paralegal that my approval notice was received by her. So I am relieved now..
