I140 Approval - Do you want to know when your application gets approved ?

This agrees with what I heard from my attorney -- he says they are seeing approvals in 8-10 weeks. Here in WA state, LC approvals take over 2 years - mine was 27 months, so hope your logic is correct..:).
 
well it better be cos the labor in MI suddenly got delayed by 4-5 months, and my case fell in the month that the delay started! what luck! : ) but i have noticed I-140 approvals in NY and NJ in 2 months too..their labor takes 2 years also
