i140 approaved, now what?

My i140 was approaved today. But what does this mean? what about the I485. Pardon my ignorance. Thanks all.

My receipt date was 10/5/2006.

So this means that the application was approved? Can they deny the I489 with an approved i140. Pardon my ignorance.....
