What all documents were sent for RFE response to prove company's ability to pay?

How many days were given for responding?

It took almost 6 to 8 weeks for RFE response...was it difficult in getting all the paper work together?

I am expecting an RFE anytime soon.

To reply my RFE it took almost 3 months, which is maximum time allowed to reply RFE. CIS asked about 2000 and 2002 year company tax returns bcoz labor substitute used for me was from 2000 year. It seems there was a problem to get 2000 year to company tax returns, i think they did some auditing with the help of CPA and made reports, as well they got company bank statements for 2000 year, this part took almost 45 days. Rest of dealy I can say becuase of the lawer.

I have located the priority date box on my 140 receipt notice, but it was left blank by CIS on my reciept notice.

nsbv & chinChin, I was wondering why is the priority date blank in case of labor substitution ?

My I-140 also got approved recently and it was filed using labor substitution as well. Haven't received my approval notice yet.

Now my delima is when would our I-485's will be approved,

will it be based on date specified on original receipt
or
will it be based on I-140 application date
or
when I-485 application was filed.
