I140 and I485 filed at different Service Centers..............please advise

Hi Adhingra - I am in the same boat 140 in TSC 485 in NSC

I filed my I-485 in NSC. My 140 is approved from TSC. I filed on feb 2/2002. I fot my AP in 2 weeks ans EAD in one month . Waiting for FP. Ithink it will take 6 months for FP. Most of my friends got in six months... So Iam not waiting until six months...

Looking at your recent mails .. I am kind clueless whats going on ...
How do we proceed with it .. Give me some good questions , I can talk to my lawyer , She is really good , May answer our questions..

Can we Is possible for us to request TSC to transfer 140 file to NSC..

Just tell me what can we do on this .. or its our fate , we have to wait for 1 yaer before we do something...
we are al most a month difference in filing our things ... but we can share our lawyers openion...
