I-140 GOT APPROVED ON 01-JUN-05 AFTER RFE REPLY. I-485 GOT APPROVED THE FOLLOWING WEEK. THANKS FOR VALUABLE ADVICES AND STRESS RELIEVING FORUM.

Congrats ! Please give us Info like ur labor was it eb1/2/3 sub or own labor. The Recepit dates for 140/485 etc.


Also , what was your 140 RFE ? How long after they received the response did they approve.

My labor was filed under EB-3 category (RD: 10-jan-2002).

The I140 RFE was regarding company re-org. I had 2 RFEs for I-140. The officer was not probably satisfied with the reply that the lawyers sent, which resulted in a second RFE. We replied in a month. I-140 was approved after 3 Days of RFE reply date. I485 approval followed after a week of I140 approval.

response was given on 15th april
2nd RFE Rcvd on 20 april2005
response given on may 20 th 2005

I140 APPVD: 1ST JUNE

I485 APPROVED 9TH JUNE
