I140 and 485 Approved This Week- RD Apr/28 2003

Guys,
Today is my day. My 485 is approved today. I 140 was approved Yesterday.

My RD was Apr 28/2003
Rfe on I140 (W2s(2002, 2003) and company ability to pay)
Replied on May 10 Th
06/22 I140 is approved.
06/24 485 is approved.

I guess my case they processed under new procedure.

Best of luck to all of you ..... One day everybody will get approval.

Congrats to u....

My received date is Apr. 29 although notice was sent on May 8th 2003. SImilar RFE sent/received dates - so I and many others lke me can hope for the best I guess...
 
Today is your day buddy (Dabest).. Enjoy the weekend by taking a pleasure trip to some resort. One good thing you should do this weekend..

Go to Petsmart tonight, buy a DOG and name it INS.. Dont forget to call us for the naming ceremony.

He does not need to do this, infact his 485 approved in just over a year. On the contrary he should send a Thank you letter to USCIS prviously BCIS prviously INS!
 
Yup, you are right... He can buy an expensive dog and call it "I LOVE INS".

Hope Sertra2002 is fine with it..

sanju whats ur rfe on 485

i am seeing this case where RFE was on both I-40 and 485 and that too before 90 days the rfe date of I-140 .... can u elaborate pls..

My Rfe on I-140 - Eb3
Issued on - 04-May-04..
Recd - 24-May-04...
Responded - 1-Jul-04 (How many days It takes INS to change date once we submit personally I-140 rfe to INS, becs my lawyer has submited today I-140 rfe...but I did not get any mail or changes in I-140 date (on BSIS website))

Rfe Details
1) Submit documentation to establish that petitioner..)Company NAME)...Limited is US Corporation.
2) Submit copy of certificate and articles of incorporation for ..(COMPANY NAME)
3) What is the name of the parent company that owns (COMPANY NAME )?
4) What is address of the location where beneficiary will be employed ?
5) How many company employees work ? Indicate the position which staff the office and number of individuals who hold such positions?

I485 Rfe..I haven't recd it..it was issed on 07-Jul-04...
