My I140 was files in Feb 2007 with AOS option and I need to change it to CP option.
My employer's legal dept is giving me a hardtime for amending I140 from AOS toCP.
They want to know what are the steps involved, I could not find anything on the internet that says about the the steps so wanted to see if anybody on this forum has any idea of it.
